Minor thing

With regards to this edit: "Banned impersonator" is actually incorrect. The user received an indefinite block as well as revocation of email and user talkpage editing privileges, but was never banned. Banning is a different thing than blocking. A block is the revocation of privileges by an administrator (or other higher-up), while a ban is formal revocation of privileges by the Wikipedia community. ~~ Lothar von Richthofen (talk) 19:15, 18 July 2011 (UTC)
