– There is no primary topic for "Adrian Smith". There are many other very notable people with the same name, such as a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives, the president of the Royal Society or the designer of the Burj Khalifa. The last one gets the same number of pageviews as the musician.. The musician doesn't seem to meet WP:PRIMARYTOPIC criteria either for usage or long-term significance.
