Unfree image of a living person, which is solely used to show how this person looks like [1], not "to provide critical commentary on the film, event, etc. in question or of the poster itself" as the fair use rationale demands. Later the claim was added that it "identifies a significant historical event", but that is just an excuse - as can be seen from the caption "Damon Allen on a cover" in the article, this image is not needed to understand the fact that he broke a certain record (it is not even clear if it was taken at that event or in s studio).
