  • Delete. On the one hand, it's probably replaceable fair-use. However, this uploader has repeatedly refused to provide sources for other images he's uploaded (which, not being sent to IfD, I'm about to speedy delete under the provisions for non-free images without source information). User:The-real-zeus uploaded Image:Papastathopoulos-2007.jpg yesterday. User:The-real-zeus has an (to quote User:Muchness) "extensive history of attempting to circumvent Wikipedia's image use policies (see upload log, block log)". User:Muchness nominated a bunch of these images at Wikipedia:Possibly_unfree_images/2007_August_19 but since he claimed he was the copyright holder, even if his explanation was weak, good faith was assumed, and the images kept.

I asked User:The-real-zeus if he really had taken Image:Papastathopoulos-2007.jpg and this conversation took place:

In light of The-real-zeus dubious explanation and his earlier uploads, the image is probably a blatant copyvio. His claims are dubious an I am nominating all of the images where The-real-zeus has claimed copyright.
