  • Oppose - Aside from technical quality (there appears to be noise or compression artefacts, particularly around the rocket), and the fact that this doesn't show the whole monument (thus harming EV), there may be a copyright issue. Russian FOP only applies to buildings, not sculptures. Does the inclusion of a museum in the base make this a building under Russian law?
