Original – Hakken – a street dance that is made to accompany gabber music.

Reason

A snapshot of mid-90s rave culture. The focus of the picture is the dance, which is more easily seen (not misrepresented) through the extensive editing. High EV: this is the only dance GIF on Wikipedia as far as I know.
