Again, welcome and Shalom! --Shuki 20:46, 22 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Ben-Zion Meir Hai Uziel[edit]

I find your treatment (move and subsequent degradation) of this article as somewhat lacking justification. It was a perfect stub and now a very poor copy&paste of another source. I'm not too familiar with WP:COPY, but it just seems wrong to just leave it that way. Is the Encyclopedia Judaica even in the public domain? WP articles are not a sandbox. Please do experimenting in the appropriate place. --Shuki 20:54, 22 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Image copyright problem with Image:Rav_yitzchak_nissim.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Rav_yitzchak_nissim.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 12:55, 6 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Bulletproof Chinese[edit]

An editor has nominated Bulletproof Chinese, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not"). Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Bulletproof Chinese and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. Replaceable fair use Image:Negillman.jpg[edit]

Replaceable fair use
Replaceable fair use

Thanks for uploading Image:Negillman.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that fair use images which could be replaced by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted 7 days after this notification, per our Fair Use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. – Quadell (talk) (random) 22:34, 12 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Staffgolinkin.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Staffgolinkin.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 06:05, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Wiki Page Edit Assistance Request[edit]

Hello MattCarl, I noticed that you are an active member of the Wiki Community and earlier this year you assisted with edits to the Vera Bradley Wiki page. I am hoping you might be able to help review proposed edits for the Coach Inc. page as well. I am employed by Coach and have been tasked with providing updated information to the Coach Inc. Wiki page. Coach strongly supports the Wiki Community’s stance on refraining from self-edits and as a result we have provided the proposed updates on the Coach Inc. discussion page. I’d greatly appreciate your thoughts and edits as you see fit. Coach1941 (talk) 16:12, 27 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
