Hi, some quick notes: there is an existing (brief) article on this topic at Habitat Conservation Plan, feel free to merge any content from there. I fixed the references error, it was due to using <ref> after the {{reflist}} tag - you seem to have figured out how to do multiple references to a single source just fine. On my talk page you asked me how to merge the articles - because the existing article is so short, my advice is to copy any useful information from there, and then at the end you will need to ask for my help to move the article over the existing one.
