This template displays a random motto of the day from the period starting one year ago and ending on the current day.

Parameters

• |day=no hides the day and purge button:

In direst peril true to me,
Leaving all things for me, spending yourself
In the hard service that I taught to you

• |break=yes inserts a line break between the day and the motto:

→ Own brothers: through good repute and ill,
