Here are the issues I found:

I'm iffy on the heavy referencing in the lead. Some is okay, but the lead is supposed to be a summary of the article, so referencing would only need to be done later in the article. If nothing else, if it's reffed with the same ref later in the article, the ref can be removed from the lead. (for example, ref #3)

"Mitsubishi plans to launch the European i MiEV beginning in December 2010 in 14 countries including" you then note the 14 countries. take out including and use a colon instead.
"U.K. will begin January 1, 2011" I assume it can be changed to began now
