After a look over the article, the grammar is good, though I found this one error in the Opposition parties disadvantaged section:

• "GRC scheme benefits the PAP as the it can put together stronger teams." - Grammar error

My main problem with this article is, however, the overall lack of citations on several statements throughout the article. They are:

• "The adoption of the GRC scheme in 1988 therefore represented a significant shift in thinking from the views of the Constitutional Commission."

The average size of GRCs at that time was 5.4 MPs because there were only five-member and six-member GRCs. The new average, however, would not exceed five MPs.
