This image was created by Aron J. Shay (User:A.j.s, previously User:Aronjs). It was originally uploaded by Tdc fvs (talk · contribs), with a license of {{albumcover}}. Based on Shay's terms of use (previously at http://arondraws.com/touse.html), which seemed to only require attribution, I updated the licensing to {{attribution}} on 24 August 2006.
In March 2007, Mr. Shay created the user account Aronjs (talk · contribs) and commented on my talk page that he hadn't intended to allow the image to be used commercially. To comply with his wishes, I updated the licensing to {{NoncommercialProvided}} which at the time automatically marked the image for deletion. Mr. Shay then changed his mind and told me to return the licensing to "it's original status with the original license". I undid my edits, added Mr. Shay's username to the {{attribution}} template, and pointed him to the resulting changed license. I've now updated the licensing to reflect Mr. Shay's changed username and removed the deletion template. — fourthords | =Λ= | 19:57, 8 October 2015 (UTC)
