Might want to add the color red to the Columbia River below Hanford WA to the mouth of the river. My mother was exposed in or around 1968 by swiming in the river, and within a short time after injesting water from the river while swiming, her thyroid went overactive. She was also part of the Hanford Reach Program, which was terminated, that tracked people in the area. She has also had issues with her lungs (1/3 removed, but could not explain what was in the lung), and she does't smoke either or had any "exposure" via work.
