Does this actually depict Belcher?

I handled an OTRS ticket expressing concern that the main subject of this image isn't actually Tim Belcher, but instead is his teammate John Tudor (baseball). I'm not especially familiar with the appearance of either player, but I think that they're correct, so I've removed this image from the article on Belcher.
