This buildings in this photograph are not part of the Royal Marsden Hospital. The building depicted was built as part of what is now the Royal Brompton Hospital on the North side of Fulham road. this building was later sold off and developed into now privately owned residential apartments. The Royal Brompton Hospital retains a wing on the South side of Fulham road and the main site on Sidney Street.

The Royal Marsden Chelsea site is on the South side of Fulham road, opposite the building in this photograph.
