AS the original desingner of the tuned mass damper I was slightly upset when I wachted a show on TV about the tower and yet they avoided mention of the fact that I Harold Norris/ Leo oshin was the original disingner of this particular part of the the tower and was wondering why people have to lie like that even when they know it`s not true.Yours truely Leo Oshin; E-mail - oshinbreaz@yahoo.com.!7 ;   phone; 1-828-265-2425 ; address 302 W.
