@Drovethrughosts: The photo of the cover that shows the box from multiple sides contains originality in the form of choice of lighting and angle (the threshold of originality for photos is very, very low). With regards to the cover, the photo is a derivative work. In other words, we are dealing with two works, and claiming fair use on both. This is a no-go per WP:FREER
