I'm not familiar with Candadian copyright law, but under US law I do not think it meets the threshold of originality and would thus be considered to be in the public domain. Since we have a valid claim of fair use it doesn't really matter whether it's PD or not; we can use it anyway. Huon (talk) 17:34, 24 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
