Hi, thanks for the diagram. According to the WP articles on sarcomeres and titin, a single titin protein spans from the z disc to the m line - half the way through a sarcomere. This is not shown in the diagram. Regards, Bernd 79.234.158.101 (talk) 07:46, 21 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
