copyright opinion[edit]

i find the copyright argument (stills from a TV show are not copyright because they are degraded) a little bit un convincing, especially in the days of digital television and near-perfect quality recording that is possible now.

also it might be nice to mention which exact program this was taken from....

The point is that once the material enters the public domain, it stays there. And this is material that Eva Braun filmed. Those are actual Nazi war criminals. The Eva Braun collection is public domain. DS (talk) 04:35, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
