I couldn't find anything in the speedy deletion criteria about this, nor would I want to delete it without a second opinion. Is it right to post an image of a real infant's autopsy on Wikipedia? Surely a diagram would suffice. I understand that this entry is a predominantly medical one, but not everyone who views it is in the medical field. I found the image disturbing, and felt squeamish for one of the first times in my life. I do not know if it is graphic enough to be removed, so I thought I'd pose the question.
