This image needs to be removed from Wikipedia. I'm the author of source site (flowmanagement.jp) and I uploaded this image knowing it violates the copyright. This was published on a book published in 1981 ("Tsuyama massacre: why a genius in rural village committed a massacre of 30 people") and the copyright is NOT expired in terms of Japanese copyright law. --Impromptu (talk) 20:47, 28 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
