Earth not at foci[edit]

This diagram wrongly shows the Earth (and centre of rotation of the precession) as not being at either foci of each ellipse. As a result, the point opposite the apogee of each ellipse (where the moon is drawn) is not actually the closest to earth in the diagram; rather the two points around 110° either side of the apogee are the closest points to the Earth.

The perigees collectively should form a (rough) circle and no other orbital points should be closer to Earth.
