This image needs a better identifier to describe where the subject (Maldives) is located. I would recommend a red circle or oval.

In the Maldives Wikipedia article, there is an area South and West of the southern tip of India that is blurred or shaded - I believe this is the location, but it's not apparent to me - I just don't recall a blur-shaped island in that location, so I'm assuming. I doubt it's that clear to others...
