The source for the image/description is clearly mistaken as the flag is the UAE and not Kuwait, also when linked from the page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BMP-3 the caption is "A row of UAE BMP-3 armored vehicles during a parade" which conflicts with the caption on the detail image (which was taken from the source).
