Few comments regarding this map: - it contains several mistakes: Venedi were not Germanic people - in future Germanic people called Slavs - Venden, they were propably separate branch of indoeuropean people - later they transfered to Vistula and Oder - later on their remains were propably consumed by both Germanic and Slavic tribes - Gothones were in constant move - the map shows the position circa year 0 - later on they marched to Black Sea - Showing whole green area as Germanic is little bit misleading - the tribes were distributed: among Germanic tribes there were Celts, Venedi, Scithians
