I'm no expert, but I believe a lymph node should only have a single efferent vessel, this diagram appears to indicate two.

Also the valves in the afferent vessels look like they are the wrong way round - this may be just due to lack of detail in the diagram, but to look at the valves they appear that lymph would be able to flow outwards, not inwards.

Yes, or more probably the added arrows are backwards.
