This map is missing the planned 110-ish mph direct route nearing the construction phase between Richmond, VA and Raleigh, NC. Additional plans exist to increase speeds and frequencies between DC & Richmond, as well, though the Tier II EIS for that program lists a final top speed of 90 mph.
