Hello, I am currently just finishing a work on the subject of Neutron star oscillations for a course and I am sending you this e-mail to ask for permission to publish Figure 1 from your article "The nonradial oscillation spectra of neutron stars <http://cdsads.u-strasbg.fr/abs/1985ApJ...297L..37M>", 1985, McDermott et al. As the work I am working on is gonna be a wikipedia article I thought it would be interesting to give an example of such frequency spectras. I've contaced McDermott and he said it was okey for him but that I should ask you as well.

Thanks in advance, regards

Dear XXXXX:

I have no objection at all to reproduction of Figure 1 from that paper. I think that you need to get permission from the Astrophysical Journal. I don't believe that this should be anything more than a formality.

Best Wishes,

Pat McDermott
