That's the current Cazadero Dam, right upstream from Faraday. Looks like it was taken off 224, looking across to the road that comes up from the real Faraday, which is across Cazadero Bridge. I remember standing on the road across, watching water cascade over Cazadero.
There seems confusion over a 1960s flood.
