This map really needs to match the Driving on the left or right article. It's mentioned a few times in the article that until the Russian Revolution, driving was on the left, but now it's on the right. That would make Russia light red, but instead it's dark red (always drove on the right). The article also (currently) states:

Prior to World War I, countries observing the left-hand rule included parts of Canada, Russia, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, parts of Austria, Sweden, Iceland, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, parts of Brazil, parts of Chile, parts of Italy, China, the Philippines, and Burma.

I've highlihgted in bold the countries that don't match the map. (I could fix it myself, but kind of busy of late. May later if I see it's still not fixed when I have time. Also, I'd probably use the Image:BlankMap-World6.svg that I made when/if I edit it, since it's a lot easier to select an entire country's territory (including non-contiguous parts and off-shore islands) for such purposes. Those are recent additions. This map was complete when made. We need to make sure that those are real and not nonsense add-ons. Contact NFH to see if these are real since he is the expert. i know it's a bit hard to see, but the islands of Sardinia and Sicily are in dark red, while italy (the country they're prat of, is in purple, please can someone change this slight fault. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bezuidenhout (talk • contribs) 13:00, 27 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
