Hawaii never having observed DST[edit]

In 1933 a Bill placed Hawaii on DST but it was repealed just three week later.
During WW2, the time in Hawaii was advanced an hour permanently, which lasted for three year and seven month until the war ended.
Wouldn't it be reasonable to say that Hawaii practically never observed DST and that it should be colored red instead of orange? Marxolang (talk) 12:23, 21 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
