This map has a mistake in the part called Moravia-Silesia. At the time (1927) there were two parts (Moravia and Silesia; the border between them is missing), they were connected together starting 1st January 1929.

Are you sure that you are not wrong about this? I just asked User:Juro about this and here is what he said: "The so-called "lands" shown on the map were introduced by Act No. 125/1927 Zb. and became effective on July 1 1928 in Slovakia and on December 1 1928 in Czechia (I do not know about Carpathian Ruthenia, but the date should be 1928, too)."
