If I'm not mistaken this is a Camelot harp, on display at Harp Con 2005 in Big Sky Montana. I know this because I now own the harp standing next to it. Notice the structural reenforcement along the bridge pin; where as the harp next to it bears about 900 pounds of pressure on the strings, the cross strung has nearly double that.
