Stars MUST be on the Fly

The legislation makes it abundantly clear that the stars were NOT centred. The stars should be on the fly/right. This design is wrong. The correct design is the one with the stars in the fly.

The Cook Islands Ensign Act 1973 states:

The Cook Islands National Ensign shall be described as follows: ‘The Cook Islands National Flag shall be a green Ensign, having on the fly thereof a circle of 15 gold stars.’

The webmasters of any websites showing a centred design should be informed that such a design is incorrect.
