That hasn't got anything to do with the {{wrong license}} tag. It says that the photo was published in France in 1914 although no publication has been identified. If the photo indeed was published in France in 1914, it is in the public domain in the United States, but a publication has to be identified in order to prove that. --Stefan2 (talk) 20:50, 3 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

How can I prove this? The Subject of the photo was in the French Army in the years 1913 and 1914. The subject died in 1914. Since the subject is donning an army uniform, it must have been taken in France in 1914. I know this isn't real proof but there really is nothing to go on
