Deutsch: Durchleuchtungsuntersuchung des Zwerchfells bei Parese des Nervus phrenicus auf der linken Seite. Beim so genannten "Sniff-Test" wird der Patient aufgefordert, mit geschlossenem Mund ruckartig durch die Nase einzuatmen (zu "sniffen"). Dabei bewegt sich die gesunde Seite des Zwerchfells (hier rechts - also links im Bild) nach unten, die gelähmte Seite (hier links) nach oben (paradoxe Zwerchfellbewegung). Dadurch können andere, nicht paretische Ursachen eines Zwerchfellhochstandes differenziert werden. |
