A bot seems to be disputing the fair use rationale because it does not explain why it is fair use for the specific articles in which it is used. As far as I know it is used in one article, Counter-recruitment. There it is used to illustrate the campaign of which it forms a part. This seems to me to be fair use for a political poster.
