English: Apartment block in central Tirana after a bomb was planted in the home of the Chairman of the Albanian Court of Appeal, Prel Martini. The device went off on November 6, 1996, causing a broken leg for Martini's 5-year-old daughter, and only slightly injuring the judge himself. More on the story here.
