Believed to be fair use in the article Wings of Hope (documentary) because it illustrates the film which is the main subject of the article. It is of reduced resolution, and no free or promotional alternative likely exists because the film never received a theatrical release.

This image is a screenshot from a copyrighted film, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by the studio which produced the film, and possibly also by any actors appearing in the screenshot.
