Deutsch: Der Nordwestbereich des WU Campus der Wirtschaftsuniversität im 2. Wiener Gemeindebezirk Leopoldstadt. Links das Department 3 (D3), Bildmitte das Administration Department (AD), rechts das Department 4 (D4) und im Vordergrund das NS-Denkmal. Der Campus mit rund 35.000 m² verbauter Grundfläche und etwa 55.000 m² öffentlich zugänglicher Freifläche wurde von 2009 bis 2013 auf dem südwestlichen Teil des einstigen Weltausstellungs- und späteren Messegeländes am Nordostrand des Wiener Praters um rund eine halbe Milliarde Euro errichtet. D3 & AD plante das Architekturbüro Architekturbüro Crab Studio aus London unter der Leitung von Peter Cook und Gavin Robotham und D4 das spanische Architekturbüro Estudio Carme Pinós. |
