Description The West Side Yard in Manhattan. Tracks leaving Penn Station to the west. The tracks to the right go to West Side Yard. The track on the left goes under the yard and north onto the west side of Manhattan, and the center tracks go to the North River Tunnels under the Hudson River to Secaucus Junction
