Summary

Description
English: Waveguide flange UBR320 (so that's on R320 = WG22 = WR28 = RG96/U waveguide). This flange is through-mounted (as opposed to socket-mounted), i.e. the guide comes right through to the front face of the flange. The two pieces are brazed or soldered together, and then the end of the guide is machined down level with the face of the flange. The contrast and saturation of this photo have been tweaked slightly, so that the pink of the copper guide and the grey of the solder are more clearly distinct from the yellow of the brass flange.
