Description
English: The crystal structure of the NS2B/NS3 protease of West Nile virus is a heterodimer consisting of the NS2B cofactor (cyan) and NS3 (green) viral proteins. The catalytic residues are shown in yellow and a bound inhibitor as magenta sticks. Ribbon representation prepared from PDB file 3e90.
