Description
English: Portrait of American architect Walter Ross Baumes Willcox (1869-1947). Practiced in Seattle in the early 1900s with William J. Sayward and later relocated to Eugene Oregon where he headed the architecture department at the University of Oregon and continued to practice architecture in that city into the 1940s.
