Français : Renaissance illyrien (rideau peint au Théatre National Croate de Zagreb). Il est situé à Zagreb. La scène montre Ivan Gundulić, qui est assis sur une chaise sur la terrasse, et un groupe de réformateurs conduit par le croate Ljudevit Gaj, qui s'approche à droite. Gaj est suivi de Antun Mihanović, Ivan Mažuranić, Vatroslav Lisinski, Antun Nemčić, Petar Preradović et d'autres. Dans le coin droit de l'image se trouvent les acteurs croates les plus en vue : Adam Mandrović, Marija Ružička–Strozzi et Josip Freudenreich.
Hrvatski: Ilirski preporod (svečani zastor Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta u Zagrebu). Nalazi se u Zagrebu. Na slici je prikazan Ivan Gundulić, koji sjedi na stolici na terasi, kao i grupa hrvatskih reformatora predvođenih Ljudevitom Gajem, koji mu se približavaju s desne strane. Gaja prate Antun Mihanović, Ivan Mažuranić, Vatroslav Lisinski, Antun Nemčić, Petar Preradović i drugi. U desnom kutu slike su tadasnji najznacajniji hrvatski glumci: Adam Mandrović, Marija Ružička–Strozzi i Josip Freudenreich.
