Fair use for Viewer's Choice/iN Demand[edit]

The above logo is believed to qualify as fair use as it is an image of: a screenshot, and of a lower quality then broadcast/verbatim media releases. The image provides critical commentary in describing the trademark symbol of the company/television network described. The above channel changed names over 5 years ago and no longer uses this name or logo. No copyright is believed to exist for the above. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to market or sell the work in any way. The image is being used in an informative way and should not detract from the original work. No free or public domain images have been located for this item.
