Photographer unknown. Photo is of Victoria Zaff Behan Randall, a woman who died in 1889, so is surely a pre-1923 fair-use photo under US law. It is probably a wedding photo from about 1875. Victoria Zaff was the first wife of Sheriff Johnny Behan, of Tombstone fame.
