VERORDNUNG
betreffend die Verpflichtung zum landwirtschaftlichen Ernte- und Felddienst.

§ 1.
Jedermann ist verpflichtet auf Aufforderung der zuständigen deutschen Behörden landwirtschafliche Ernte- und Feldarbeiten zu verrichten. Das eigenmächtlige Verlassen landwirtschaftlicher Arbeiterslellen ist verboten.

§ 2.
Wer der genannten Aufforderung nicht Folge leistet, oder dem in ausgesprochenen Verbot zuwiderhandelt, wird als Sabotuer erachtet und dementsprechend mit Zuchthaus oder mit dem Tode bestraft.

§ 3.
Die erforderlichen Durchführungsbestimmungen gen erlassen die deutschen Land- und Stadt- kommisaire.

Die Verordnung tritt sofort in Kraft.

English Translation

REGULATION
regarding the obligation to the agricultural harvest and field service.

§ 1.
Everyone is obliged to do agricultural harvesting and field work at the request of the competent German authorities. The self-leaving of agricultural worker slaves is prohibited.

§ 2.
Anyone who fails to comply with the said request, or who acts contrary to the stated prohibition, is considered a sabotage and accordingly punished with prison or with death.

§ 3.
The necessary implementing provisions have been issued by the German rural and urban authorities.

The regulation enters into force immediately.
