English: NAVAL STATION GREAT LAKES, Ill. (June 7, 2008) Landing Craft Mechanized 501 (LCM-501) and the "Surfriders" from Assault Craft Unit One (ACU-1), perform an on load of a Marine Corps vehicle assigned to Reserve Marine Air Control Group 48. ACU-1 and MCAG-48 demonstrated several beach landings and on and off loads for Reserve Sailors and family members attending a Family Fun Day hosted by the Navy Operational Support Center Great Lakes.
